Terms of sale
Any past due balances will be subject to 2.5% interest per month. NSA
shall be entitled to recover its costs of collection of any sums not paid when due including reasonable attorney's fees, whether or not suit is filed. If not paid within 30 days customer is responsible to pay any and all collection fees up to 15%.
No returns after 30 days. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
Minimum order
Thank you for the opportunity to quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the quote date. All items are subject to prior sale and or quotation. Alternate part numbers must be authorized by customer's approval. Minimum purchase order: $50 for domestic orders and $100 for international orders. Other fees and charges may apply for international orders.
Additionally, for RMA considerations, all parts must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any discrepancies. Claims must be reported within 15 days after date of invoice. No returns accepted without prior authorization. Returned parts will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Normal Business Hours are 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST Monday - Friday. AOG Service offered outside of normal business hours with $250 Fee.
